Signs of the times

Several signs for the Northwest Lancaster County River Trail were installed at the following locations around town a few weeks ago:

 300 block of Locust Street

Pottery -"Make-a-Mug" One day workshop with Maureen Joyce, Master Potter

Multiple vehicle accident closes Route 30 near 441

A four-vehicle accident closed the eastbound lane of Route 30 just past the Route 441 overpass at about 2:30 this afternoon. Three people were taken from the scene by ambulance. Two of the vehicles, a Honda minivan and a Ford sedan, sustained severe damage and appeared to have been totaled. The female driver of the Ford and the female driver of the Honda were transported by ambulance, as was a young boy who was a passenger in the minivan. A Honda sedan sustained minor damage, and the driver appeared to be uninjured. Eastbound traffic was diverted at the Columbia exit near the Visitors Center.
