Jake Graham
Jake Graham was appointed as interim borough manager for Columbia Borough in a unanimous vote by council at its Tuesday night meeting. Graham steps into a position left vacant by former borough manager Mark Stivers' recent resignation. In addition to his new responsibilities, Graham will continue to serve as public works manager until a permanent borough manager is selected. To aid in this search, council has hired headhunter Scott Fiore from TriStarr for $15,000 to find and recruit qualified candidates for the position.
