That's a lot of local shopping to just possibly maybe win $250 ! I would rather buy lottery tickets at Stovers - you better up it to $2,500. next year if you want to get the locals moving !
$250 - enough to pay for street sweeping and meter tickets for visiting these businesses?
Typical Columbians complaining!! I am not a part of this punch card thing but I like it. It costs you nothing to get, you don't have to buy to get a punch, just visit local businesses and support your town. That is the mentality of why this town will not get better. Rather gamble that support the town. Good luck, oh yeah, I am sure you are one of the ones that always wins and never loses!!
