Where was the street sweeper today? You move your vehicle and lots of weeks they don't come through.Soon when it is really needed leaf collection they miss for most of the Tuesdays because of election day and other holidays only for the leaves to lay there and redistribute to have to clean up over and over again.Leaves from trees that belong to those that don't clean them up.

who owns the trees ? property owners have no say but have to maintain them. (with permits)

Maybe they are the boroughs leaves?

They (leaves) are the boroughs , they plant them, BUT they don't have time to clean up after them ,they have the money pit to clean and to hell with the rest of town.

YUP we rack them and the borough does vaccum them up to make mulch, which is more work?
