Bid request for Columbia Borough links to surveillance video

A bid request HERE for road materials (about 2,000 tons of asphalt) for Columbia Borough leads to a surveillance video when clicking on the website address http://www.columbiapa.com listed within the request.

That's a great video. It would be helpful if ALL camera videos of bad deeds were made public for recognition assistance. Maybe even tie a small monetary reward to those that get prosecuted.

TO much paperwork for police to do anything about it. your lucky rick to be in Columbia police will not do anything.

They have the incorrect domain name listed. It should end in net, which is the boro website, not com. The domain name linked in the bid shows no registrant name but shows the registrant address as 3887 Sterling Way Columbia.

This shows the incompetence of those in charge of our tax dollars.

Do they need more room for these mistakes?

Have you considered it might be the error of a staff member of the website on which this link was posted. This website is not maintained by borough employees. Even if it was a borough employee, it was simply a typo...guess none of you ever make mistakes!

Thanks for cracking me up! Yes, they need the extra square footage to accommodate all the mistakes!

Someone just got hired in the borough office at over 20 dollars an hour. If most of them are being paid at that rate, then yes, I do expect accuracy.

It's not a typo. It's misinformation, and we don't know who is at fault. However, no correction has been made yet.
