I don't really know Kara's situation but one thing I see alot is people who are on limited income that spend money on things they don't have money for. Kara's list mentions 1 Dog and 2 Cats which with food and cat litter probably cost at least $30 a month without any vet visits. Living in a apartment with 3 pets seems a little extreme also. I most admit I am a little biased against so many pets because I have a guy who walks his dog in the alley behind my house and leaves "presents" for me to step in.

i agree. i don't think apartments WITHOUT GRASS YARDS SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO HAVE DOGS OR CATS.
