According the deed shown in the Recorder of Deed's website, the property was purchased by the current owner in September of 2005 for $212,000.00. That is some loss!

It is currently condemmed by the township. You would need a cert. of occupancy. The roof leaks, rear wall is near collapse, Lots of mold in basement and first floor. No heat the boiler is shot. Front porch is in need of total refurb. This house is pretty much a shell and it would take about $50,000 just to move in.

With the last word here being very true. If you buy the home for 70k and put 50k in it your now about 130k with closing cost and all. That is a great price for this old home. I do think that it would take more like 100k to really put this home back into it's glory. Stop my our site and look at the pic's. http://stormteamrealestate.com

My grandmother bought this house back in 1998 and lived there for nearly 6 years until she was diagnosed with cancer. It is truly a beautiful house and she did put a great deal of work into it such as relocating the kitchen, and redoing the first floor bathroom. From what I remember, the third floor was demolished from a fire years before she had purchased it. She had every intention of completely renovating the place, but unfortunately she couldn't due to her health. I have a lot of great memories in this home and I'd love to see someone bring it back to its former glory. It's a magnificent house.

I love this house.... if you could give me some information on it, please contact me at my gmail account, eldoraninetwofourus (the numbers are actually numbers, not words typed out. I just don't want to make it too easy to decipher for the ones who scrounge these websites looking for email addresses :-))

I know, maybe a dumb question, is it "haunted"??
