On 4/11/26 at approximately 0615 hours, Columbia Borough Police were dispatched to a single vehicle accident in the area of 12th St. and Lancaster Ave., Columbia, PA. Police arrived to find a trike style motorcycle on its side and a male rider down on the sidewalk. The rider was treated by medical personnel, transported to the hospital, and later died as a result of the incident.
