2 Columbia establishments are on the list: Lancaster County restaurant inspections, Dec. 24, 2021

Peeling and chipping paint on the floor of the basement food preparation area. Food facility does not have available sanitizer test strips or test kit to determine appropriate sanitizer concentration of chlorine bleach for the mechanical dishwasher. Hand sanitizers stored next to packets of condiments.
