Painters were adding lines at the Makle Park basketball court today.

The court was paved recently.

The whole project was financed by professional basketball player Todd O'Brien, according to one of the painters.

Nice job

A firetruck from the Rohrerstown Fire Company was parked at the former Shawnee Fire Company today.

There it is.

There's an old saying: "Be careful what you wish for, because you might get it."

Today was the last day that the Columbia Market House will be open on Wednesdays, as discussed at last night's borough council meeting.

Sale of the former Visitors Center is now pending, it was announced at last night's borough council meeting. Columbia Borough discussed buying it, but someone may have gotten there first.

Progress continues at the Eberly Myers apartment building project, which is going ever onward and ever upward.
