Columbia posts police department's use-of-force policy online, but much of it is blocked out

Columbia Borough's police use-of-force policy has been posted online, following complaints from a councilwoman last month that she had been unable to see it.
The 21-page policy, posted to the borough's website Friday, is heavily redacted: eight pages are completely grayed-out and eight are partially redacted.

Is anyone really interested in seeing it? To be honest i think every police incident is different, and if your in an incident that requires the police to use force, you probably should learn how to act!! Police officers have familys to, and if there life is in danger they should be able to do what it takes!!
