Cimarron Investments LLC is requesting special exception(s) and/or variance(s) to construct a hotel and parking at 12 N Second Street in the Downtown Commercial (DC) zoned district and hotel off-site parking at the properties located at 20 N Second Street, 28 N Second Street, 30 N Second Street and 156 Walnut Street in the High Density Residential (HDR) zoned district.

How much will the tax payers have to hand out for this project??

Investors have been looking at Hotel Locust and Columbia. I can't see where the borough can invest in this since they paid for a study that said it wasn't feasible, to try to use what we already have. Correct me if I'm wrong. If cimarron wants to do it go for it, if all exceptions or variance are approved. But I don't have all the facts. And my view doesn't count anyway, just shouting out loud.
