Anybody that needs to see how bad things are in Columbia should go on the blog Colimbia News & Reviews. Theres a link on there openpagov. that shows Pa school district info.
Columbia School Dist is the highest taxes in the county. We are over double the lowest school dist. (Solanco)
If our council can't make a decision as easy as getting rid of this old sewer plant, how are they ever going to tackle this.

The sewer plant should stay in columbia, we the people own it! Money from Lasa, cell tower, and incinerator plant will pay for the upgrades! Yes, Lasa will pay columbia for about three years for their waste when their sump pump station is being built at washingtonboro!! Nowdays you dont give up what you own, its that simple!!

Whoever holds the bonds will own it. Columbia residents will just be paying them to use it, & still be paying for the high overhead to run it
