Pass. An open employee's beverage container was observed on a shelf in the dishwashing area. Observed raw chicken stored above sausage in the drawer-style cooling unit beneath the flat grill. Observed containers of food stored directly on the floor in walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer, rather than 6 inches off of the floor as required. Observed working containers of cleaners and sanitizers stored on a shelf next to food and food equipment in the kitchen and in the dessert service area.
