Vendors Needed! Arts and crafts vendors wanted. Looking especially for arts and crafts vendors for this event. The Historic Columbia Market House is hosting a one to three-day Fall Festival special event! You can choose to participate for one, two or three days. Columbia has a Mardi Gras/Halloween parade on the first night of the festival at 7PM  just one block away and there is always a busy crowd on that night! Work on the Route 441 bypass project continues to progress.  Stone has been laid on the road from Route 30 to Bridge Street. A retention basin has also been added, with new sod around the perimeter. Completion of the project was originally slated for this fall, but some estimates have pushed the date into early 2016, due to lack of materials.
