Gov. Tom Corbett said he is hoping to hear today whether the proposed contract with Camelot Global Services PA, LLC to take over management of the Pennsylvania Lottery passes Attorney General Kathleen Kane's test for form and legality.

Mystery bird
Although I only had my point 'n' shoot camera with me at the time, I was lucky enough to get these shots of this bird at River Park on Tuesday afternoon. I'm not sure of the species. It might be a sharp shinned hawk . . .
