Columbian Coffee!

Just seen at BJ's Discount Club in York:  Fresh brewed Columbian coffee.
Columbian - not Colombian.
Have we finally arrived?

Reserved parking?

A commenter to this blog recently complained HERE about a car that was constantly parked in the handicapped space in front of the municipal building.  Sure enough, this PT Cruiser was parked there every day I checked (Tuesday through Friday of this past week) during regular business hours. The vehicle displayed a handicapped notice in the front window, so the driver has every right to park there, and I guess that means every day, all day long.
The only other handicapped spaces I saw around the area were a few metered spaces in the parking lot behind the bus stop.

What I don't understand is why it's allowed to be parked there on Thursday (the day this photo was taken), when the sign says . . .

NO PARKING THURSDAY
RESERVED FOR POLICE VEHICLES ONLY
This car does not appear to be a police vehicle, unless we now have a new unmarked police car.

Can ya say, "Tripping hazard"?

This piece of plywood has been lying on the sidewalk on Second Street (between Perry and Union) for MONTHS!
If the sidewalk is damaged, it needs to be repaired.
This safety hazard needs to be removed!
(There are also no sawhorses or lights indicating the obstruction. I wonder if anyone has tripped over it at night.)

Hey, where's Doug Lamb?

There's been no sign of Doug Lamb Construction all week at this River Park project.

The curbing has been installed, but is the project finished?  If so, they need to come back and take care of debris and other materials left behind.
If not, where are they?

It was stated at a council meeting last fall that it was a priority to get this project done before winter set in.
Has that been accomplished, or is this the result - a work still-sort-of-somewhat-in-progress?
