I say TEAR it down and put more PARKING METERS in the lot, Columbia does not have enough PARKING METERS along the streets and it is losing funds for the Boro. What is more important making more money or an IDLE building.
cut a garage door in the end use it to park police and code cars and trucks. but don't forget there is lead paint on the ceiling and other trim, that will give the emploees that clean out the stands something to do.
the Market House SHOULD be open to the taxpaying residents to use it for educationsl and fun crafting art classes etc purposes. our kids need something to do. maybe they can have a little cafe open certain hrs for teenagers to just hang out and get to know one another. instead of gaming, etc.

There is no lead paint in the ceiling. It had never been painted before until about a 10 years ago. Don't be a drama queen!
did you check ?
Paint with lead in it has not been sold for almost 40 years.

What happened to the red tables and chairs? Did they go to borough employee homes?
I love that idea!
The trust was lynched for donating those disgusting picnic tables. So where are those red tables/chairs?
