i guess i'll NEVER understand why they do this??? school started so NOW they start this project..WHY didn't they start it the monday after the last day of the 2013-2014 school year??? oh THAT would make sense! .this will be a huge cluster....i hope no one gets hurt.
i agree. the boro ALWAYS does stuff a-- backwards. this will be one hell of a headache for the next year or so....glad i don't live on Ironville Pike, Kinderhook or Cloverton. What a shame. (It would have MADE sense to do it over the summer!)
