A Columbia man was arrested Saturday after West Virginia state police say he shot and killed two people, including a woman from Mount Gretna, and injured two others in the state.

Noah Tribioli, 28, of Columbia, has been charged in the shooting, according to a statement released by West Virginia State Police.

According to police, dispatchers reported a shooting at Pine Creek Road in Grantsville, West Virginia, around 8:30 a.m. Saturday.

A Calhoun County Sheriff's officer arrived at the scene and reportedly found 51-year-old Jodee Tribioli of Grantsville, West Virginia, and 71-year-old Carol Heagy of Mount Gretna, Pennsylvania, dead from gunshot wounds.

Two others – Claude Heagy, 66, of Mount Gretna, and the suspect's father, Steve Tribioli, 55, of Grantsville – had sustained gunshot wounds. Both injured individuals were taken to a local hospital. Steve Tribioli is reported to be in critical condition, while Claude Heagy is reported to be stable.

Investigation of the incident was turned over to West Virginia State Police, and Noah Tribioli was later located and apprehended in Fayette County, West Virginia.

Tribioli was arrested and arraigned on two counts of first-degree murder, two counts of attempted first-degree murder, two counts of malicious wounding, and two counts of attempt to commit a felony. He remains in custody at Southern Regional Jail in Raleigh County, West Virginia.

West Virginia State Police were unable to provide additional details when contacted Sunday and said their investigation into the shooting is ongoing.
