Traffic control devices being installed
Traffic control devices are being installed at Front and Walnut as part of the Route 441 bypass project.
Rotary Park, man, can you dig it?
I guess so, if this is any indication . . .
A man with a metal detector and a spade shovel was digging up the park this afternoon.
Good thing that video surveillance was in effect.

Columbia finalizes sale of sewage treatment to Lancaster Area Sewer Authority
Columbia Borough's sewer service is now owned by the Lancaster Area Sewer Authority.
The $20.6 million sale was finalized May 27 after nearly a decade of discussions.
Columbia received $8.6 million in cash, and LASA assumed $12 million of Columbia's debt as part of the transaction.
