i wish residents would go to boro council mtg....why oh why are they going to hire another code officer? and even more importantly - why is council allowing it?? i didn't vote you you councilpersons to do nothing, stand up. fight the fight. this is a very small boro and we taxpayers can NOT afford to pay another code officer. there are 3 now. make that work.
have you been past this derelict unsafe house lately??? now there are barricades and yellow caution tape everywhere. i bet the neighbors like that. brings down property value and its been that way for how many years code dept??????

I'd do it myself if I had the money. I poke fun at the place, but it really does have a lot of potential to be something special.

Just replace the roof, walls, floor and interior and you'll have an awesome place.

1. Remove doorknob.
2. Replace everything else.
3. Re-install doorknob.
