The area is no longer smooth and easily cleanable. A blue can for discarded oil sitting on an old milk carton on old cardboard. All items listed are greasy.

Christine Misciagna appointed to Columbia School Board

Christine Misciagna is sworn as new school board member by District Justice Miles Bixler at Thursday's Columbia Borough School Board meeting.

Christine Misciagna is the Columbia School Board's newest member. She was appointed at last night's school board meeting and takes a seat vacated by Matthew Wardecker. Her term ends December 4, 2023. Misciagna was sworn in by District Justice Miles Bixler.

A Hands-On Way to Learn About Careers | TownLively

Starting in March, Columbia Public Library will help children explore careers in a unique and hands-on way. On Wednesday, March 1, the library will host Alixe Ingoglia Hemerly, owner of The Flour Child, for a new program that brings local businesses and library patrons together. Although that program, which will take place at 10:30 a.m., is part of Homeschool Happenings at the library, plans are in the works to expand the sessions to the general public.

Started in 2022, the Columbia Cat Action Team (CCAT) tries to decrease the feral cat population by trapping, spaying/neutering, and returning them to the wild.
