Vehicle crash into house leaves car suspended on utility wires

Emergency crews responded to a vehicle accident Monday at 11:38 a.m., after a Honda Civic crashed into a house, causing damage to two neighboring houses and a utility pole. The car became entangled in overhead utility lines.

The incident occurred near the intersection of North Third Street and Cedar Street.

The incident was classified as a vehicle accident with entrapment. A woman was extricated from the car and taken by ambulance. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
