A Hershey woman wasn't exercising her free speech rights when she targeted a series of "vulgar and defamatory" Facebook rants at her ex-husband's new wife, a state Superior Court panel ruled Monday.

Instead, Kelly D'Adderio was breaking the law, and her harassment conviction by a Dauphin County jury must stand, the state judges concluded.

81 'Frankenfish' caught swimming up Susquehanna, a major increase


Some 81 northern snakeheads, also dubbed "Frankenfish", attempted to swim up the Susquehanna River and through the Conowingo Dam during the spring migration season, according to the Baltimore Sun.

Those swarms are likely just days away, and the Columbia Borough Police Department probably will soon announce that the streetlights on the Columbia-Wrightsville bridge over the river are being shut off to dissuade the mayflies from gathering there.
