actually, sometimes a place or thing is more special if it cost's you more. One could argue that if the parking fees here are double what they are in Lancaster, it would be perceived to be, and become, a better place to be.
again...a sin...the Boro does NOTHING to revitalize the downtown. This town will be a ghost town within 3 years....have you seen the hundreds of houses for sale and the hundreds that people are losing.??
