I know some of them kids that everyone is complaining about bein at the park the one boy ive known their whole life i know for a fact he would not spray graffiti anywhere as for the littering i cant say he dont. But maybe if there would be things for the kids to do nobody could complain about them!!!!!!!!!!
ride a bike. there are all kinds of trails to ride on! visit a museum. get a part time job. get a group of responsible kids like yourself and help your elderly relatives, neighbors.....sweep their sidewalks, take out the trash, make sure their windows have locks on them...clean up the parks....by patrolling and picking up trash. i could go on and on and on. you get the hint. DO SOMETHING

It's not the taxpayer's job to provide entertainment.

Columbia fire department is in need of firefighters. How about becoming a junior firefighter? Guys and girls.
Let the kids use the PARK!!!!
