Shooting at Columbia Plaza
Columbia Borough Police, guns drawn, arrived on the scene of a shooting in the Columbia Plaza parking lot today. A woman was shot in the abdomen allegedly by another woman at about 4:30 p.m. after an argument. West Hempfield and Manor Township departments also responded. Emergency personnel on the scene administered first aid to the victim who was then taken by ambulance.

I watched Dave chapelle and he says the "N" word more times than I can count but if your white and own a foot ball team why than your nothing but a racist what ever happened to freedom of speech and opinion. The white girl Curry was also called racial names but no one cared about that guess cause she is white.....
Also the girl who was shot passed something to a girl in a white jacket could it be drugs? They certainly had no shopping bags so what exactly were they passing and doing there that day thanks to an incompitant police Dept. and Neg, D.A. perhaps we may never know what and why we just know from video it did happen.
by the way the local Police Department has no people other than white Officers so who's racist?
Also right before christmas that poor black lady was hit and killed by white folks on 3rd and Locust in Columbia and the D.A. and media refused to release names due to "racial contraversy" what does that say? The poor victim was killed but they don't want the public to know who is responsible for that one. One who is not racist must wonder why? Maybe the District Attorney can tell us since they claim they are so tough on crime eh???
That's what I thought so shame on them .
Let's not for get the attorney alleging in open court about bogus and non existant drug convictions and alleging Curry's permit to carry was not legite....
It's like he is saying in a round about way that the Lancaster County Sherriff's Department is in the business of dealing out pernits to those who shouldn't have them it is not only a direct insult and lie about Ms. Curry but also slander and untrue statements to the court about the Sherriff's Department as well is That someone you want being Judge since he is running for that position... Do you want someone like him hearing and ruling on your case too? He better give up while he's ahead in my opinion unless he wants to continue to look like one ah ha ha ha...... My dog is smarter than that any one else who knowingly gives false statements to the courts has to answer to that for not propperly consulring the law first. If I had to guess he probably graduated at the bottom of his low life class..... Tee Hee
Another fact here is the very ones/ Office that is to uphold the law and persue justice will go out of their way to pervert it. That in and of itself is unlawful.. Seems to me they think they can get away with that guess we shall see. I certainly wouldn't want someone like that hearing and ruling on my case not to mention I would say with him knowingly presenting untrue statements to the court about Curry's not true and alleged drug convictions and the whole permit to carry that he himself is prejudice and racist against gun owners and women in general if he truely cared about crime he would have charged the others for lunacy, resisting, at the very least for aggressive actions against the real victim Curry....... Again who's the racist one???
A premeditated home invasion = no reasonable doubt.
An unexpected and chaotic road rage fight/shooting= all kinds of reasonable doubt.
Could that be more likely?
By the way the one who was shot and her sister along with wack job Mccowin are all convicted felons. The shooter has no such convictions.... Very disturbing yet interesting.
Another interesting fact is Roland (shooting victim) claimed she was unable to testify at the preliminary hearing on March 9th yet she had no trouble making a statement to the news about it the same day right after the hearing another lie on her part..... Watch or google search video kyle rogers news 21 titled "Lancaster County woman heads to trial after parking lot shooting the date is at the top of the video.
Thanks Mr. Kyle for that video you should have asked her why she could speak to you the news crew and not the court?

Did any one notice in the videos of the "aftermath" of this one, on columbiapaonline facebook page see people taking things from the alleged victims/scene? Or how about the fact that While Roland alleged victim and sister of Crystal Manfred who Manfred being on probation has what appears to be a cell phone in one hand instead of calling police after her again alleged sister is on the ground is still trying to get to her victim Curry? Then after she puts the phone in her pocket the remote control comes out of the other pocket which is the same remote found at the scene and taken as "evidence" When your own alleged sister is laying on the ground from a gunshot wound and your more worried about getting to the real victim (Curry) that both those girls pursued instead of calling the police that is pretty cold and should be illegal. So how are they the alleged victims? Anybody want to answer to that one? I didn't think so!
Bottom line and point is how is it ok for news to name some involved in incidents and not others that in and of it self is prejudice, biast and a little racist in my opinion.
Like I said when you go after a person who has just shot your alleged sister that is enough to show what their and I mean both intentions really were.
Under the section of law Preliminary Provisions (1) (self defense law) Chapter 5 section 505 where it talks about self defense there is a subsection under # 2 that states this:
(2.5) Unless one of the exceptions under paragraph (2.2) applies, a person who unlawfully and by force enters or attempts to enter an actor’s dwelling, residence or occupied vehicle or removes or attempts to remove another against that other’s will from the actor’s dwelling, residence or occupied vehicle is presumed to be doing so with the intent to commit:
(i) an act resulting in death or serious bodily injury; or
(ii) kidnapping or sexual intercourse by force or threat.
Notice the word attempts and presumed. In the video Manfred is clearly shown attempting to enter Curry's occupied vehicle even after she know's Curry is armed and need I repeat the part about her partner/alleged sister laying wounded right in front of her and Manfred with cell phone in hand didn't even call police. You could probably do another article on that cold and monster act in and of itself. Funny too Manfred was the only one besides Curry who didn't give a news interview. Any guess's as to why Manfred claiming the alleged victim might have dodged that opportunity? Yeah it would be great if you could do a story about Lancaster County's corrupt picking and choosing in these cases including the present one. I'd read it.
Someone who is defending them self (Curry) is charged with a crime and someone (Manfred) who still pursues the person who had to defend them self and is on probation walks away uncharged as an alleged victim.
Wow! That's what is wrong with America.
How is it people on probation are violated just for something simple yet in the video posted at columbiapaonline facebook page Crystal Manfred who was and is still on probation is seen attempting to enter Curry's occupied vehicle and she is not in violation? Why is that? Even in front of police she is still trying to get at Curry clearly seen in the video there is no disputing those facts.
Any information as to why that is?
Jamie Roland and alleged victim is also on probation according to a court docket sheet here is the docket number for that where in 2012 she was sentenced to 4 years min. and max probation sentence for a F3 that's a felony charge. Below is the docket number of her most recent crime that she committed that the court's know of.
CP-36-CR-0001601-2012 and if you click the court summary underneath the docket number on the pennsylvania unified judicial system docket sheets for the common pleas, you can see most of her criminal cases. So I wonder why the reporting agencies didn't come out with those facts as well as those concerning Glenn-Mccowin's record. Wonder if they have the nerve to answer to this. THey had no trouble bring up Curry's charges to the public but not the many criminal records of the alleged victims who were and are currently both on probation. Who want's to bet the D.A. will wait until they (Manfred and Roland) are both off of probation before bringing this before a jury?
WHat does the public think about that?
