I am posting this video as a show of solidarity with our French brothers and sisters at Charlie Hebdo magazine, whose offices in Paris were attacked today by terrorists. At this writing, 12 people are reported dead and many wounded. Police are currently searching the city for the attackers.
Charlie Hebdo is a satirical magazine that has often poked fun at the "prophet" Mohammed. Their offices have been attacked in the past.

some of these cartoons are really vicious. At the risk of being misunderstood, I am an Orthodox Jew. If cartoons were published of this nature against Judaism (for all I know, Charlie Hebdo does publish such cartoons), I would be horribly offended. No, I would of course not walk in with a gun and murder people, but that does not mean that Charlie Hebdo is correct in publishing cartoons that are so vicious.
Thank you for your comment. I'm not sure what you mean by "correct." The term is subjective. While I respect everyone's right to believe as they wish, "being offended" by something is not a valid argument against it.
One does not have to agree with or even read the cartoons, but we must allow the right for them to publish, otherwise a free society is no more.
If everything that offended someone was censored, nothing would be in print.
Rap music offends me so I don't listen to it and would never buy it. I must however accept the fact that they have a right to create it.
TRUE!!!
People should be secure enough in their religious beliefs to shrug off satire and cartoons
Islam appears to be the only religion in the world that has no sense of humour!! Their religion unlike others has not adapted and moved with the times, When there is an attack such as Charlie Hebdo, Not one of their leaders speak out against it! or are they afraid if they did they would be bumped off as well?
