Vehicle accident - Class I

Two vehicles collided at the intersection of 8th & Locust this afternoon at about 2:20.

    This intersection has a history of accidents. It is difficult to see the oncoming traffic and the oncoming traffic generally travels entirely too fast.

      There, and at 9th & Locust. Also, the man who lives at 9th & Park Avenue told me vehicles have hit his house twice in the last four months.
