What I Saw - 2/3/13 - Frozen hula skirts, ice aprons, snow sculptures

The receding river left behind some frozen hula skirts, ice aprons, and snow sculptures along the shore.

    You captured something unique yet again. Perhaps the river "dressed up" for the superbowl. At any rate it looks cool or should I say cold in this case :)
