Columbia recovers after 5-6 inches of rain, flooded basements reported

Except for this wheelbarrow half-filled with rainwater (and leftover concrete), there were very few obvious effects this morning from yesterday's torrential rains. However, some residents did report flooded basements. Columbia received 5 to 6 inches of rain, with scattered thunderstorms possible this afternoon.
