The Pennsylvania Legislature is broken and in dire need of fixing [opinion]

Thirty years of gerrymandered districts have created an increasingly unaccountable legislature more focused on pleasing deep-pocket donors than on solving problems for the people of PA. 

For decades, less than 7% of bills introduced in Harrisburg have made it to a final vote.
