Columbia Concerned Citizens to hold Public Meeting Sunday, October 27

The Columbia Concerned Citizens Association (CCCA) is holding a public meeting and membership drive this coming Sunday, October 27th, from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Columbia Animal Shelter, 265 South 10th Street.
