Notice is hereby given that at 7:00 PM on September 18, 2019, the Historical Architectural Review Board of the Borough of Columbia (HARB) will hear the application of William Pflumm involving property located at 155 Bridge Street requesting approval of plans to complete exterior painting of building in council chambers of Borough Hall, 308 Locust Street, Columbia, PA.
