The schools are only failing because of the support the children receive at home. You can’t force someone to learn who doesn’t want to learn. Parents need to get involved with their child’s education. Make sure they are doing their assignments. Get involved if your child is struggling in a subject. These teachers need parental support also. I think as a whole the teachers are doing the best they can.
So we should baby sit parents, GO online , shut the whole mess down , SAVE TAXES ,the ones that want to learn can , it has been that way forever, just stop throwing our money at it.
That sounds like a great solution. That’s just what we need. A generation of kids that never interact with anyone. Just let them set in front of a computer screen all day. How about just doing what parents are supposed to do and help your kid instead of blaming their failure on someone else.
The school is NOT only failing due to parents. They school has poor record keeping, send out wrong grades and the place is like animal house!! Kids sleep in class, cuss out teachers NO ramifications. At a track meet this spring the kids were yelling and disrespecting one of the coaches in front of a stand full of spectators. Get it under control!!
Thanks for making my point. I agree there is a terrible lack of respect. Guess where kids learn respect AT HOME. What do you think would happen if a teacher or coach attempted to discipline someone. Can you say law suit. I can hear it now” my child would never do something like that, it must have been someone else or the teachers fault.
SCHOOLS FAILING be the first to go online!!

ReplyDeleteDon;t give me that crap. These kids learn their disrespect at home long before they step foot in a school.
