Who makes these decisions, and when? So 4 days ago, meters needed to be slugged for this coming Saturday. When did council convene since then to decide to make parking free on Saturday?
I guess that's why people don't go to council meetings things are decided after a meeting. That should've been brought up at the last meeting. Maybe more people would shop downtown with all free parking.
