The borough got it's positive article, now they should help people ,lower taxes so people can fix up homes,not fine them with 60 days to fix things, they need time,THE BOROUGH DOES'T NEED TO THROUGH AWAY THE MONEY ON MORE RIVER PARK AND THINGS TO GO WITH IT (32,000 dollar fence 8,200 in trees, 7000 sealing steps,20,000 dollar slab of concreat,115,000 dollars to have some one else manage it,11,000 dollars to manager the money pit trolley,realistate loses and it does't stop there. ITS TAX PAYERS MONEY SPEND IT WISLY!

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE 8.6 MILLION THE BOROUGH GOT FOR THE SEWER SYSTEM,LASA PAID THE OTHER 12 MILLON OFF FOR PLANT UP GRADES. 8.6 million tax payers money open the books these should be public knowage, not the back door stile of this group running this town in to the laughing stock of the county.

  2. WE WANT PEOPLE TO COME TO COLUMBIA AND BUY A HOME AHD GET TAXED SO WE HAVE MORE TAX DOLLARS! NEXT WERE GONE TO HIT HOME OWNERS WITH A FIRE INSPECTION TAX OF $75. GREAT HOME IMPROVMENT PLANS MAYOR. WORK WITH CITIZENS TO MAKE THINGS BETTER NOT A DICTATORSHIP OF FINING PEOPLE, WORD HAS GOTTEN OUT WHATS GOING ON HERE,DOES THE BOROUGH THINK THIS WILL ATTRACT PEOPLE TO INVEST?

  4. maybe we the people should vote the Mayor and borough council out next elections! Then start with a fresh young Mayor and borough council. We just need someone to come forward. I would but I am to old. lol

  5. I WOULDN'T LIVE IN COLUMBIA IF YOU BOUGHT ME A HOUSE AND PAID ALL OF MY TAXES. DRIVE AROUND TOWN AND LOOK AT SOME OF THE HOUSES. (JUNK) THEY SHOULD CHANGE THE NAME TO SLUMSVILLE,PA
