    1. What in the world did that comment have to with the citations? Really, just curious. Geez!!!

    2. The person commenting might want to draw attention to the icy sidewalks and there is not a matching article with which to post that comment. Residents can be cited for not clearing their sidewalks, so it's not that far of a stretch. I think that the code department would issue that type of citation, not the police department.

    3. I think the way to draw REAL attention is to pick up a phone and place a call, not comment on a post that has nothing to do with one's concern. Just saying ....
