  3. Why is it that other jurisdiction's police departments can list the arrest and charges filed against "juveniles" yet at last night's meeting Columbia's mayor claimed that so many arrests have been made, and posts were made at the Columbia Police Department's CrimeWatch pages ... yet we cannot find any arrests of juveniles listed?

Why is it that Columbia's mayor contends that Columbia's police department's arrests are not shown at the POLICE LOG in LNP - Always Lancaster. He claims the police department lists the arrests yet insinuates that LNP - Always Lancaster just bypasses listing Columbis's arrests?

Why is it that Columbia's police department shares news releases with LNP - Always Lancaster and selected television stations yet never shares the same news releases with Columbia Spy and Columbia news, views and reviews. Each of these local online news sources certainly carries more Columbia events than any of the out of town media sources?
