  1. Man the Boro Management is really going down hill. Has the Management taken up smoking this drug? Leo Lutz acts like he has been on this stuff for quite a long time.

  2. Again, more money being spent without an offer to come here!

    1. Actually, money spent wisely. For those who do not understand zoning, as it appears by the comments, each municipality must provide zoning for a long list of expected uses. If the municipality does not provide zoning for a particular use, someone could make use of existing zoning for their use that is not provided for. In this case, if the borough does not provide zoning the for relatively new use, i.e., medical marijuana dispensary, the borough could be forced to allow one in a residential area. The proposed amendment to the zoning regulation will prevent that from happening since we would have areas where such a facility could be built. You will see many other municipalities amend their zoning ordinances as well.

  3. Then why aren't other municipalities required to have places for nude bars like we are ?

    1. No municipality is required to anything. Shame on them if they don't have zoning for adult businesses. Most municipalities have zoning for adult establishments.
