I think we need to sit down and redefine the term "good news".
i agree! good news would be if every property swept and removed that trash weekly. save half million on street sweeper. end the same old question....is the street sweeper running?????????
Council would see that as a loss of revenue because they couldn't write tickets to vehicles parked on the street during Street Maintenance times.
