No nude dancing at Club Good Times - Topless only

A Lancaster County judge's ruling that would have allowed nude dancers to start shimmying at a club in Columbia was shot down Thursday by a panel of Commonwealth Court.

The state court's decision means that, for now at least, the dancers at Club Good Times on Union Street will have to settle for going topless.

  1. Right ruling should not be allowed to go topless either

  2. If Glatfelter's is somehow a school, then Club Good Times should reclassify themselves as an art studio - complete with nude models for art's sake.

Goose, gander, and all that. Plus, you know, this town is all about the arts now.

    1. I believe when field was constructed in the 1930's, it was built with the school district in mind .It was a public works project during the depression from what I was told. That is where the school could come into play and the guide lines established by the Glatfelter's foundation.

    2. I like the idea of it being an art studio. Perfect solution.

  3. Move it out of town and be done with it! The litter is ridiculous, and parking a nightmare for residents. If this were Lancaster it would not be allowed being to close to a school or church... why not have that rule here too? Move it on the outskirts and have a big parking lot they can litter up rather than the street

    2. I've seen more litter in Makle Park than at Club Good Times. Everyone talks about it, but nothing has been done. Same with the 100 block of South Fourth Street, litter there is horrible and not one thing is ever done.

    3. I heard a rumor that Venues is doing the same thing in the basement and they weren't grandfathered in.

    1. This is true, years ago I reported what appeared to be serious fraud with regard to disability. They were rude and flatly refused to consider my assertion. They do not care and true you get nowhere.
