    2. That's because the rest of council doesn't support their police department. They would rather see the money be used to support pie in the sky ideas.

  2. I wonder if Columbia Boro will fire their Aunt. Anyone who has family willing to shoot at police doesn't deserve to work for our police.

Glad the police are safe. and she should be fired.

    1. Why? Do you know their Aunt? I assume, by your post, that no one in your family has ever been in trouble.

    2. Seriously? Have you been hit on the head recently because that's the only logical reason you would say something that stupid.

    3. Why would you blame a family member for their actions? That woman did not have a gun in her hands and she was not shooting at police so why should any blame br thrown her way?

    4. You are really acting like I knew what they were going to do. Those are my nephews and no I can't and won't deny them. Yes, what they did was wrong and we are dealing with this the best we can. How many families would help the police locate or hand their children over? I don't think many would. They would be in denial about the situation. My siblings are truly hurt by the actions of their sons and again we are dealing with it and helping them. It sucks to know that I'm being blamed for this somehow it's always someone else's fault but their own. I have to be STRONG for my parents, My siblings and most importantly my son and his cousins. My family never once denied what they did was wrong. We stood by the police on Friday, July 29th 2016 and I will continue to support my local police department and other departments as well. I'm also glad you chose not to share your name because it just goes to show how much of a man/women you are.

BTW- I gave you the Best Comment award on Facebook. Thank You for the comment.

Have a Great Sunday and a Great Week! Hope you are enjoying it!!

    5. Unless she was directly involved, she doesn't deserve any punishment.

    6. Why should any of their family have to pay for what they did?! They are mature enough to take responsibility for their own actions. I'm sure none of their family emediatlly knew what was happening. Their aunt is a wonderful person. And certainly did not not put them up to this. And or agrees with what they did!

    9. You are ridiculous to keep stating that she should be fired. It isn't her fault her nephews committed this egregious act. They didn't hide them out, try to help them flee. Instead the cooperated with law enforcement. If you have EVIDENCE to the contrary then go to the police. If not - stop saying she should be fired! SHUT UP!

  3. I wonder who are you? What does their aunt have to do with it? Each individual its responsible for their actions. She is a stand up lady and has nothing to do with what they have done. I bet you don't have a job and half of your relatives are in jail.

  4. The aunt is probably one of those who turned him in. Why should she lose her job because of the actions of a moron? What if one of your relatives was fired due to your heartless comment? Would that be fair?

  5. Where's all the people who last summer said leave those kids in the park alone, they're just kids. The graffiti in the park was gang related GOTTI. Do you still want to look the other way? Thanks to those residents that did call and report.

  6. I l hope that when they go to trial,( it should not be any since they admitted to it), there is NO plea bargain. For what they did and the harm that they did and could have done, make them pay.

  7. I heard on channel 8 this morning the aunt's apology and I admire her for it. She realized what her relatives did was wrong, but by her and her family's assistance, they avoided what could have been a tragic event. May prayers be offered for her and family during this time.

  8. Really now you want the Aunt to be thrown under the bus. Fired and such. Oh I see she told the young men to do, she had them try to set fire to the building? Right? You saw her do this? You have the right to believe what you want. But heaven help you if one of your family should get in trouble. You wouldn't want someone saying you need to loose your job. She did not help these young men in anyway to cause harm. Kuddo's if she did report them, dosen't matter. Let her alone, pick on someone else, who does deserve to loose something
