Borough paves section of Heritage Drive

The borough highway department paved a section of Heritage Drive on Friday in advance of Saturday's National Trail Days Celebration at Columbia River Park. The department spread millings on the section of road adjacent to the Columbia Water Company property to allow additional public parking.

  3. seriously the water co should HAVE to pave that entire area. they STOLE the land, chare EVERY Columbia water customer $8.50 a month for 10 years to pay for the loan to upgrade, and THEN destroyed that area. Nothing like kicking the entire Boro in the head. Our tax dollars at waste.

  5. They should be billed. They did a nice job fixing up the appearance of their building, they can afford to pay the borough.

  6. Yes, but in reality the Water Company Owners if asked may just do that.
