The river is high

The Susquehanna has risen several feet due to recent heavy rain and melting snow. Until the ice melts and the water subsides, the river will not be suitable for swimming, walking upon, or any of the other usual activities.

    The Susquehanna River is a PART OF HISTORY!!! It is a blessing and can be a curse.
    Just a RIDDLE.
    Be safe and use COMMON SENSE.
