Fixing the ADA

Workers were down at the tracks again today at Front and Walnut. They were working on the ADA access.

    All I see is a LOT of standing around... as per usual.

      No, they were not "standing around". They poured fresh cement today and had removed sizeable chunks of old concrete. In addition they installed another yellow (ADA) pad. It would have been beyond dangerous for them to continue working while the train was passing within a couple feet.
