Back to the drawing board


Down at Front and Walnut tonight, the plastic was back over the traffic lights.

Which means that, in terms of the Route 441 bypass opening, the operation was not a success so far.

    Why is a traffic light even necessary there? Should've left it a 3 way stop sign with river side having the right away.

    yep. norfolk southern knew this light was going to be there for how long??? wait until the day before its to open and then decide you have issues????? the 3 way stop worked perfectly! you coulda put signage up rr has right of way
