Columbia hires new principal for Park Elementary School

Douglas Knepp was officially introduced as the next principal of Park Elementary School at the Oct. 15 board meeting of Columbia Borough School District. His introduction follows approval at the Oct. 8 committee of the whole meeting.

  1. ANOTHER reason why our taxes are so high.....1 principal for all 3 schools is ALL that's needed. and another reason we are on our way to consolidation with Hempfield or Donegal, etc. unacceptable.

  3. Why do people think we are going to merge with Hempfield where are they getting there information? I sure would like to know.

  5. Come on Hempfield. Need another principal probably to handle the punks we have in this town. They seem to come by the bus load to rent the slumloards' rentals in this town. And by the way we have so many cause the code officers don't know what their doing. They can't even write up a correct violation because they get it wrong and nothing can be enforced on it it has to be declined. Let's start by firing them and hiring new, just a thought?
