Columbia Crossing - Hours of Operation (including bathrooms)

So, where do you "go" on Mondays and Tuesdays - and after 5 p.m.?

    I thought it was dawn to dusk?
    9 and/or 10 am is not dawn.
    5 pm is not dusk in the summer.
    What's going on?
